Lennar Releases the Third Phase of Homes for Sale at Esperanza for Active Adults

Lennar Inland Empire

Lennar has seen great success since their opening of Esperanza, a gated masterplan exclusively for 55+ in Ontario, last October. The homebuilder released a third phase of homes for sale last weekend from their three collections: Vivir, Tejara and Modena. They will also be unveiling their new outdoor kitchen at the La Jolla Club recreation center on Valentine’s Day for prequalified homebuyers, interested home shoppers and residents.

“We are so thrilled with the incredible success we’ve had so far at Esperanza, along with the continued positive feedback we receive from home shoppers and homebuyers alike,” said Tara Conklin, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Inland. “We continue to have strong interest and expect the homes in this phase to sell quickly, so interested homebuyers should not delay – get prequalified today!”

Esperanza is a gated and highly-walkable community that offers homeowners access to resort-style on-site amenities exclusively for those aged 55 and better. The La Jolla Club which is now open for touring provides an expansive clubhouse with high-end amenities both inside out.

Several gathering and event spaces are located inside along with an impressive full-service bar, catering kitchen, fitness center, movement studio, craft area, game room, wine lockers and more. Outside is a cabana-lined resort-style beach-entry swimming pool, relaxing spa, full outdoor kitchen, several fire pits, dining areas, bocce ball, pickleball courts and a future park, dog parks and community garden.

The three communities, Tejara, Vivir and Modena, each present their own distinctive collection of single-story floorplans that provide modern living spaces ideal for active adults with low maintenance designs and expansive outdoor patios for entertaining. The homes showcase Everything’s Included® features for style and luxury and Thoughtful Design® details to accommodate a variety of lifestyle needs, all at no additional cost.

Among the three new communities are nine floorplans for home shoppers to choose from, available in a variety of elevation styles. Sizes range from approximately 1,381 to 2,135 square feet with two to three bedrooms and up to two and one-half bathrooms.

Pricing starts from the mid $400s for new homes at Esperanza. The La Jolla Club recreation center and nine model homes from each community are now available for touring seven days a week.
