Prices range from the low $600,000s to the mid $700,000s.
Every Next Gen® home features an attached private suite that showcases a layout able to function as a home within itself. Some of the larger Next Gen® plans, such as the one available at Oakleaf, feature access to their own detached one-bay garage.
Gala and Braeburn at Harvest are two communities also in Folsom but are down to a select number of homes available for sale. At Braeburn, the VIP list for the highly-upgraded model homes is now forming. These two communities provide a selection of six luxury floorplans to choose from in total, with sizes that range from 2,400 to 3,773 square feet in total with up to four bedrooms and four and one-half bathrooms. Prices start from the low $700,000s.
