Thousands Flock to Lennar’s Grand Opening of Pacific Village

Lennar San Diego

San Diego, Calif. – October 2019 – Lennar celebrated a wildly-successful Grand Opening of three premier communities at the Pacific Village masterplan. More than 2,000 people attended over the opening weekend and all homes from The Commons, The Pavilion and The Promenade sold out during the first, second and third phase releases. Lennar will release an additional phase of homes for sale on Saturday, November 2.

“We couldn’t be happier with the turnout of the Pacific Village Grand Opening, it was a huge event and from the festivities to the model home tours all the positive feedback we got was phenomenal,” said Laurie Massas, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar San Diego. “This community is located in a prime area, with access to the coveted Poway School District. Offering no Mello-Roos, it really is such a great opportunity so we’re thrilled, but not surprised these homes have been selling out quickly.”

The Promenade is a new neighborhood at Pacific Village that offers four distinctive floorplans for homebuyers to choose from of attached upscale townhomes. The homes range in size from approximately 1,611 to 2,214 square feet of living space with two to four bedrooms and two and one-half to three and one-half bathrooms. Prices start from the high $500,000s.

The Pavilion is another new neighborhood at Pacific Village. Showcasing three distinctive floorplans of attached townhomes for sale, sizes range from approximately 1,454 to 2,005 square feet. Offering two to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, pricing starts from the low $600,000s. Two of the three plans feature private rear yards.

The Commons is the third new Lennar neighborhood coming soon to Pacific Village and the only collection of single-family homes at the masterplan. With three distinctive floorplans in total, sizes range from approximately 1,935 to 2,270 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms in each plan, along with low maintenance yards. Pricing starts from the low $800,000s.

Every new Lennar home comes complete with high-end features and upgrades at no additional cost thanks to the homebuilder’s signature Everything’s Included® program. Items such as stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, integrated home automation, Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ home designs and more come included in your new home.

Homeowners at Pacific Village will enjoy access to their private amenities. The recreation center will feature a swimming pool, spa with shower facilities, park and picnic area all within steps from the homes at the three premier communities. It’s also located close to nearby shopping, dining, freeways and entertainment. A great value for a community where residents will also save from no Mello Roos.

The Promenade Welcome Home Center at 11011 Bryce Way, The Commons Welcome Home Center at 10812 Everly Way and The Pavilion Welcome Home Center at 10943 Tyler Way in San Diego are all now open seven days a week. For information, visit www.lennar.com/sandiego or call (858) 284-4325.
