City of Greenacres Mayor Ferreri, Deputy Mayor and Councilman Jonathan G. Pearce and Councilwoman Paula Bousquet joined more than 40 guests on Wednesday, March 30th for a groundbreaking ceremony and luncheon. Mayor Ferreri spoke on behalf of the City to welcome Lennar Homes to Greenacres, thank them for their partnership and involvement in the community, and share the entire City’s enthusiasm and excitement for Summit Reserve and the positive impact it will have on the growing, family-friendly Greenacres community.
“Lennar Homes is excited to bring Summit Reserve to Greenacres,” said Nanette Plescia, Area Sales Manager for Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division. “We are proud to be a part of the growing city of Greenacres with this intimate community located on a safe cul-de-sac and adjacent to one of the city’s best schools, Pine Jog Elementary.”
Nestled in Greenacres, Summit Reserve will feature 73 home-sites, some with lake views. The family-friendly community will feature five amazing two-story designs with four to five bedrooms and a future clubhouse with air-conditioned party room to hold special events, birthday parties and meetings. The clubhouse will also feature a community pool, sun deck and separate tot lot.
Plus, every new home includes Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” features such as: stainless steel appliances, granite counters, ceramic tile and Nexia, a home automation intelligence system that facilitates the convenience of light and A/C control through your phone or tablet.
Summit Reserve is conveniently located near Wellington, Delray and West Palm Beach, and minutes away from beaches, shopping, restaurants and all major roadways including Florida’s Turnpike.
