1. Wisp Resort

This three-hour trip on a diesel locomotive takes passengers from Cumberland, Maryland to Frostburg, Maryland winding its way through the Allegheny Mountains. 3. Ocean City
Sure the water is cold, but the beach has so much to offer in the winter! Bundle up and take a long walk on the deserted beach,practice your mini-golf game at the indoor course, or even bike, skateboard or walk your dog on the infamous boardwalk without having to adhere to scheduled times! 4. Restaurant Weeks & Food Festivals
