This Saturday, November 5th, Lennar’s NEXT GEN – “The Home within a Home” floorplan is opening to the public at Lennar’s Montelena at Rancho Bella Vista in Murrieta. All home shoppers are invited to stop by the Grand Opening to be among the first to preview the brand new concept and model and learn more about these innovative new homes. After much research and seeing a rising need for this type of living situation, Lennar decided to design a distinctive floorplan that can accommodate different living arrangements while still providing great use of space, square footage and privacy. “We have created this plan to allow for dual living situations without sacrificing comfort – it’s a brand new idea and we are already seeing a huge amount of interest in these floorplans,” said Greg McGuff, Division President for Lennar Inland Empire.
