Santa Maria at Alamo Ranch is located in the highly sought-after Alamo Ranch area, which has dozens of shops and restaurants within a couple of miles of the community. Children attend coveted Northside ISD schools, and the local elementary and middle schools are within a mile and a half from the community’s entrance. Residents have everything they need immediately around Lennar’s new homes.

“Santa Maria at Alamo Ranch offers families a wonderful location close to many shopping and recreational amenities, as well as being near to Lackland Air Force Base and Westover Hills and Medical Center employers,” Tony Cerna, III, Director of Sales and Marketing, said. “With its own playground, pool and pavilion separate from the rest of Alamo Ranch, families can enjoy quality time together and meet many new friends.”

Lennar offers many luxurious features as standard in this Everything’s Included community, including a GE ENERGY STAR™ appliance package, kitchen cabinets with crown molding, granite kitchen countertops, covered rear patios, nine- and ten-foot ceilings (per plan) and much more. As with other Lennar Everything’s Included communities, features like landscaping and full sod, irrigation systems, blinds, and more – items that other builders would charge extra for—come with the home, building immediate value into the home buying experience. All Lennar San Antonio homes are also ENERGY STAR™ certified and go through a rigorous third-party inspection process throughout the building of the home.

Will be retiring in a few years and looking for a home in a warmer climate. My wife and I are from the Midwest . We were in Las Vegas two years ago and looked at houses but Lennar homes stood out . In particular the Augusta in Henderson NV. The layout was just what we were looking for. Although we are not ruling out Vegas we are also looking in the Phoenix Az and surrounding suburbs and San Antonio Tx and surrounding suburbs. My question is can the Augusta be built in Az or Tx also?
