Roseville, Calif. – September 2018 – Lennar is excited to announce that construction of the highly-anticipated Sol Centre, the future recreation center at Heritage Solaire, is now under construction. With plans to open in 2019, the Sol Centre is being built on an approximately four-acre site and will provide residents with indoor and outdoor amenities designed exclusively for active adults aged 55+.
“We’re extremely excited to have begun production on the Sol Centre at Heritage Solaire,” said Michelle Velky, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Sacramento. “This exclusive, luxurious club will offer an array of resort-inspired activities, social groups and active lifestyle events.”
The future center will be approximately 5,900 square feet and feature both interior and exterior amenities. Inside the clubhouse will be gathering rooms, a club room, catering kitchen, bar area, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics room, massage room, restrooms with showers and an on-site Activities Director who will facilitate and organize regular social and active events.
The exterior amenities at The Sol Centre will provide residents with plenty of ways to stay active or relax outdoors in the sunshine. It will include a Jr. Olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis court, three pickle ball courts, community garden, spa with outdoor shower, pool patio area with seating, shade structure with outdoor bar, amphitheater and event lawn, lounge with fire place and a courtyard.
This gated community was designed specifically for active adults aged 55 and better and offers three new neighborhoods, each with distinctive single-story home designs, Larissa, Eclipse and Meridian. Every new home in these neighborhoods comes with Everything’s Included® features and Thoughtful Design® details, all included at no additional cost.
Lennar Sacramento introduced their line of Thoughtful Design® features last year at their active adult communities across Greater Sacramento. Created to promote spacious adaptable living for 55+ lifestyles, these Thoughtful Design® details include features such as wider doors and hallways, lower appliance design, extra lighting, walk-in showers with hand-held accessories, reinforced backing in the bathroom for future handrail placement and more.
