Lennar Charleston

Lennar Coastal Carolinas is pleased to announce that only three homes remain in the current phase of The Colony community since opening for pre-sales in April. The Colony is just minutes from Pawleys Island, beaches and world-class golf.

“Thanks to a successful grand opening and desirable locale to outstanding schools, shopping and outdoor adventure, we’ve been delighted to see unprecedented demand for this unique community,” shares Lennar Coastal Carolinas Division President Jason Byham.

The neighborhood will have 49 estate-sized home sites and will include a selection of floorplans to choose from including Lennar’s popular Annandale floorplan- ranging from 1,700 to 2,600 sq. feet and three-to-five bedrooms. In addition, the community will have options such as gourmet kitchens, paver patios, fire pits, built-in grills and built-in fireplaces for residents to enjoy the great outdoors. Hello,
Can you please tell me about your experience with Lennar Homes? My wife & I are considering purchasing one of the homes at the Murrells Inlet community. We have read a lot of reviews about the builder and it has made us feel not so good . Reviews that are listed say Lennar has a sketchy reputation on follow up work/repairs. Please tell us what we should beware of and your overall thoughts
        Thank You
